AND RUM FESTIVAL
The Rum Pavilion:
The Rum Pavilion will be open from 12.30 p.m. 7:30 p.m. on Thursday October 30th and Sunday November 2nd at Rodney Bay Village.
Rum companies from across the region
will have a number of their rums for
participants to sample. A number of
rum companies will also have a guest
mixologist at their booth showcasing
award winning rum cocktails and drinks.
The Chef Demonstration Tent:
There will be cooking demonstrations
on Saturday and Sunday from 12.30
p.m. to 5.30
Watch a master chef at work, ask questions
and taste a sample of his presentation.
Lecture Hall and Merchandising Shop:
This lecture hall will accommodate
guests lecturers such as Jessica Harris,
renowned culinary lecturer and author
as well as Duane Dove who was a hit
last year with his presentation of
‘Rum & Chocolate pairing’. |
